Description
The ATW® ECOPACS Coronary Guidewire is designed to support routine coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures while offering cost efficiency through multi-unit packaging. Engineered with medium support characteristics, the wire delivers an optimal balance between flexibility and pushability, allowing cardiologists to navigate complex coronary anatomies safely and efficiently.
The guidewire features a Duraglide/PTFE coating, providing a smooth and low-friction surface that facilitates advancement through guiding catheters, microcatheters, balloon catheters, and stent delivery systems. This coating significantly improves trackability and reduces resistance during lesion crossing.
A 3 cm radiopaque distal segment ensures excellent fluoroscopic visibility during coronary navigation and lesion crossing. The floppy tip design helps minimize vessel trauma while maintaining responsive torque transmission, allowing precise steering in tortuous vessels and stenotic segments.
The ECOPACS configuration includes five sterile guidewires per package, making it an efficient solution for catheterization laboratories performing a high volume of procedures.
